Hail Lasagna!

I love food, especially Italian. Of all the variety, the pastas are the best in my opinion, but it's the Lasagna that stays with the first place. One of my first memories was when I saw the Garfield movie in my childhood, whose favorite food is also lasagna, and I think from that day I always asked my mother if she could prepare one for me. And I like noodles too, but for me the lasagna is more consistent and elaborated, it has more flavor and leaves me more satisfied.

There are different ways to prepare lasagna according to the ingredients; You can have bolognese sauce with meat or chicken, some even with fish, and also the vegetable sauce, which is the best known among vegetarian gastronomy. There are also variants between the sheets and the cheeses, being the same fundamental part of the flavor, but I prefer the traditional Bolognese Lasagna.

Although it is my favorite food, I don't eat it very often, because I try to balance my weekly diet between healthy food and junk food, but, when I do prepare it, I try to enjoy every second, cause is really that good. Seriously, if you haven't taste it well, what are you waiting for?
